Where it comes from

Before it was a product, Callsy X was how Luis ran his own stores: assistants that answer on WhatsApp, take down the order details, receive payment receipts and alert the team on Telegram, in Mexico and in Colombia. What we offer other businesses today is exactly what we already use in our own stores.

Why it exists

So any business that sells on WhatsApp can serve customers and close sales 24 hours a day, without hiring anyone.

How we work

• Your script, your data. The assistant talks using the script you write (or that we write with you) and your business details: locations, payment methods, hours, catalog.
• Pay as you go. No monthly fee: you pay for what your assistant uses, based on the model, from a balance you top up by bank transfer whenever you want. Prices track OpenAI's and the official TRM exchange rate; you'll find them on Pricing.
• Every business, kept separate. The platform runs on Cloudflare, and one business's data never mixes with another's. What we process, and how, is in our privacy policy.
• A real person on the other side. When the assistant can't solve something, it hands the conversation to a human and sends an alert. And when you need something from us, you write and a person answers.
